- Professionalism: As a partner, the Instructor must maintain a high standard of education and strictly adhere to scheduled lesson times.
- Direct Dealing Prohibited: Instructors are strictly prohibited from bypassing the platform to contact students privately or soliciting direct payments. Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of the partnership.
3. Payment and Tax Responsibility
- Payment: The Company shall pay the Instructor based on the total number of completed lessons and the pre-agreed hourly rate.
- Tax Responsibility: Since this is a partnership with international instructors, the Company does not withhold any taxes from the payment.
- Self-Reporting: The Instructor is solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes in their country of residence according to local laws.
4. Lesson Cancellations and No-Shows
- Instructor Absence: If the Instructor is unable to attend a lesson, they must notify the Company in advance. Frequent absences may lead to the termination of the partnership.
- Student No-Show: If a student fails to attend a scheduled lesson without notice, the Company will provide compensation according to the internal policy.
5. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate this partnership upon mutual agreement. The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the Instructor’s account in the event of a breach of these terms or inappropriate conduct.
